Changes made to Appendix 1 & 2, January 2010.

Please note that Ruddy Duck is added to Appendix 2 and that tristis Chiffchaff has been moved from Appendix 2 to Appendix 1. Sightings of Ruddy Duck will now be included in the monthly Provisional List. This is in line with revisions of the list of rare bird species considered by the IRBC.

These changes are the second set of revisions to be applied to the Appendices since the IRBC changed its method of record submission and assessment in January 2005.
